Sunshine genuinely makes me happy, especially when it shows up early. Sunrises by the water are my favorite part of the day, when the air feels warm and crisp and smells just a little salty. There’s something about that light that makes everything feel lighter too. I love living near the ocean, starting mornings slowly, and letting the day build instead of forcing it. Yoga, running, and moving my body are how I stay busy. If the sun is out, I’m probably outside.
Axel Rose, my sweet baby dog (he’s 6 but he will always be my baby), is my constant sidekick. Life with him means more walks, more pauses, more laughing at the little things. Most days include a run along the water, time on the yoga mat, or a long walk where we stop more than we move. I also love golf for the same reason it keeps me present, patient, and focused without taking life too seriously. Movement for me is about feeling good, not doing the most.
I’m endlessly curious and always learning. I love understanding how our brains, bodies, and environments work together and why certain places or habits make us feel calmer, happier, or more energized. This space is where all of that comes together sunshine, movement, learning, good air, and simple moments that feel really, really good. It’s joyful, thoughtful, and easy by design. I’m so glad you’re here, sunshine looks so good on you.
